How It Works

Install the Add-on

Open your Google Form, click the puzzle-piece icon, and install the CertFusion – Online Certificates for Google Forms™ from the Google Workspace Marketplace.

Connect to CertFusion

Enter your CertFusion API key in the sidebar — this securely links your form to your CertFusion account.

Select Your Certificate Template

Choose the certificate template you want to use for this form’s responses.

Map Your Questions

Tell CertFusion which questions capture the recipient’s name, email, and any other custom data you want to include on the certificate.

Enable Auto-Send

Toggle Auto-Send to automatically issue certificates as soon as someone submits your form.
